Oliver Kelso

Founder

I was born in NYC and raised in Hawaii. An honors graduate of New York University with a BA in Chinese Studies, I’ve travelled the world and now call Oregon my home.

After a number of years teaching K-6 grade technology in schools, I’ve spent the last 15 years specializing in scalability. I’ve helped dozens of businesses create the foundations and building blocks for exponential growth. I work as a consultant & coach to founders and founding teams and have operated as interim COO, CRO and CEO for companies spanning a diverse of industries. My passion is working with people who care about both the growth of their company, their team, and themselves.

Most companies I have worked with - whether at a startup level or a major corporation - are spending vast amounts of time and money fighting with their sub-optimal systems and processes. So often this drains the joy and momentum from a business and is wholly unnecessary. Whether you’re a real estate broker or tech entrepreneur, scalability has similar challenges and solutions and is completely achievable.

In my free time you can find me playing conga drums, learning the cello or hiking with my amazing wife and high-strung dog.
